The use of gloves and pads, combining punches, kicks and movement with technique are factored into the workout. This is a great way to tone and loose weight while improving fitness, stamina, speed and agility.

These sessions consists of lessons in basic stance, punching techniques, blocking and combinations. These sessions are specifically designed to increase stamina and improve co-ordination which are factored into the workout, rather than improve fighting techniques. This results in improved aerobic and anaerobic levels.

Those interested in having a more intense workout session in boxing can have their sessions structured towards that which may include:
  • Skipping
  • Jogging
  • Weights
  • Punching
  • Blocking
  • Focus mitt coaching
  • Hand bandaging and strapping
     

Clients interested in kickboxing will also get basic techniques in stance and kicking. This will then lead onto channelling power and added into combinations.

The use of punches, elbows and knees will also be added depending on progress and experience. Movement, speed and agility will also be factored into the exercise regime. But most all you will have FUN.
