  Cardio vascular is important as foundation for both basic and advanced client. This will be part of the beginner’s basis to start off with and gradually build on.

Particular exercises that will help towards cardio vascular (C.V):

• Running
• Cycling
• Aerobics
• Skipping
• X trainer
• Rowing
• Step machine

Benefits of cardio vascular (C.V):

• Better blood flow
• Stronger heart (increase stroke volume)
• Increased capillaries (better oxygen transport)
• Endurance
• Stamina
• Increased metabolic rate (the breakdown of food)
• Energy levels
• Recovery time.
• Strength
• Weight loss
 

 


Body conditioning will come into play while working on your C.V. the use of light weights will also be added to sessions to help with muscle tone. This will also lead to the beginning of getting the body shape you crave.

A progression will lead to more advanced exercises, this can take the use of a Swiss ball as an essential part of the workout. Stretching workouts will also be part of the body conditioning process, and helps towards muscle relaxation.
