Circuit training can consist of cardiovascular conditioning and a
series of selected exercises given in a sequence called a circuit
which will consist of various activity stations. When circuit
training is combined with traditional resistance training you
typically work at 40% to 60% of your maximum strength for about 30
seconds with 15 second intervals between work periods.
Individual’s fitness and ability will all be taken into
consideration with an obvious plan of progression. Different
variations while using the fit ball will be used to keep it
interesting and to build on that all important core. |
