This is paramount to begin with as once your cardio vascular improves, then different variations of workout become easier to overcome. Core conditioning will be workouts based on the body’s core.

These are abdominal muscles concentrating on the internal and external oblique
and working on the lower back as all these are major muscles that work in conjunction to produce the core of the body. This aids what is known as ‘firing’ of the muscles.

Fit ball exercises are believed to achieve 74% more better results than the standard sit up. It is a fun and fantastic way to give a fat-burning all over body workout. Weights can be used in conjunction with a fit ball, if required.

Circuit training can consist of cardiovascular conditioning and a series of selected exercises given in a sequence called a circuit which will consist of various activity stations. When circuit training is combined with traditional resistance training you typically work at 40% to 60% of your maximum strength for about 30 seconds with 15 second intervals between work periods.

Circuit resistance training provides modest increases in strength, muscular endurance and flexibility. Results are a change in body composition, increased muscle mass and reduced body fat.

Concentration on the core will play in programmes as this improves performance and
reaction. The use of the Swiss ball acts as an unstable surface therefore engaging deep
layer muscle, middle muscle layer and outer muscle layer. Standard stomach exercises do not engage all of those muscle layers, but using Swiss balls and wobble boards encourage the all those core muscles.

Individual’s fitness and ability will all be taken into consideration with an obvious plan of progression. Different variations while using the fit ball will be used to keep it interesting and to build on that all important core.
