  • Fruit, Salads and steamed vegetables will help increase natural vitamins intake and build upon the body immune system.
  • Use Olive oil instead of sunflower oil as it has reduced fat percentage.
  • For weight loss reduce the amount of carbohydrate intake, by reducing on white bread, wheat, and pasta.
  • Increase amount of meals per day to help speed up the body’s metabolism rate, by eating smaller portions more often.
  • Fibre based foods help with the digestive system and lessens the chances of cancer of the colon
