This consists of mental and physical support and motivation. Together we will analyse your strengths and weaknesses.

Once we have established the weaknesses we will work on those to bring them up to the same levels as the stronger body parts.

Verbal and motivational support are all in building confidence for the physical side of the workout. The advantages to this is that it will show in your private, social and work life.
