Is a very essential part of human lifestyles. Lack of sleep can lead to such issues like:

  • Affect energy levels
  • Lack of concentration
  • Slow recovery rate (daily tasks/ exercise)
  • Low Immune system
  • Ageing
  • Mood Swings
  • Productivity
  • Appetite

All the above in turn will put the body under stress, which will affect an individuals daily lifestyle.

The lifestyle of that individual will be analysed by the personal trainer and given solutions to help reduce the amount of stress placed on the body.

This is also connected to nutrition as particular foods and time they are eaten can affect sleep.

 

Stress Management

Is also quite serious as it can affect our well being quite dramatically. Stress can be caused by anything and affects people differently and their reaction.

Stress can lead such things as:

  • Poor sleep
  • High blood pressure
  • Small appetite
  • Mood swings
  • Illness/ Mouth ulcers/ Skin issues
  • Anxiety
  • Increased heart rate
  • Breathing

These are some of the things that the body may endure under the influence of stress.

This will be analysed by the trainer and a lifestyle analysis will be drawn, In the turn give solutions to help reduce and improve the persons lifestyle.
