Personal Fitness 4u will produce a programme for individuals that may want to train for a specific sport or event that requires strengthening particular body parts .i.e. footballers/ runners. This can vary from beginners to advanced clientele. These sessions can lead from pre-season up to forth coming events. These will be tailored to individual needs. A consultation can be booked to discuss individual needs and exercise techniques prior to commencing any session. A progressive list of the above consists of: • Low Slow Duration (LSD) • Fartlek • Interval 1 • Interval 2 • Endurance • Hypertrophy • Strength • Power • Stability and Agility A mixture of exercises from jogging/ aerobics/ stamina/ strength and weights, will play a major part towards preparing the individual in that discipline. Exercise techniques and strategies will be made specific and a programme drawn up, which will have suggested resting periods for the client to get back to form, while preparing for that event. Nutritional advice and sleep management will also be included in a well structured program aimed at giving maximum benefit to the client.
Results of a successfully followed program can aid muscle repair and
recovery. It is a highly intense exercise regime that is tailored to
individual sport and should only be undertaken for that purpose. |
