The use of light weights and stretches that can be added to your workout to help get those curves and posture to get that look you crave. The use of appropriate techniques with the correct equipment will lead to a leaner and better toned body with increased agility and flexibility. This will also aid the strengthening of specific muscles and muscle stamina. To help achieve this, the following equipment can be used:
Flexibility tests can be carried out for the purpose of monitoring progression. At the end of each session assisted stretches will be done to help the muscles in your body to relax and cope with the workout regime.
